Important Before requesting a booking!
Following contact with our operators, your booking code must be confirmed by advance payment within 48 hours of receiving your bill.
The bill is sent to the email address provided within 24 hours.
You can choose the appropriate means of payment to confirm your order:
- PayPal app, ideal for quick payments with immediate effect
- Bank transfer from account to account, confirmed by sending a copy of the transfer to our email address.
– When confirming, we ask you in return to specify your approximate arrival time in a one- to two-hour slot and warn us of any delay by email 24 hours in advance.

Please read the following to avoid your details being added to the guest blacklist used by all our operators.
"Error during registration"
For one reason or another, you’re unable to register your final booking code within the necessary timescales.
Simply send us a quick notice of cancellation within 24 hours marked "Cancellation code XXX"
When you arrive, confirmation of your booking stating the name of the operator and booking code, your bill and its payment will secure access to our site.
NB: Only stays longer than seven days will be required to pay a deposit of 10% of the total bill for any damage.
